We need your help in our effort to improve Polk County Public Schools. We want to know what you think and how you perceive our schools and the school district. Polk County Public Schools is conducting a Parent Survey as part of the District Accreditation Process. If you have not completed the survey through your child’s school, we are asking that you take time to complete the survey. The District, as well as the school, values and needs your opinion as we move from being a “Good District” to a “Great District.”  The link to complete the survey is: – select the school which your child/children attends.

Thank you for completing this survey and sharing your opinion and know that we honor your opinion and appreciate your time.
